For my blog readers, most of this isn’t anything new, but please give a listen to my latest podcast episode! There are a few details I haven’t shared in previous posts. Most of this post, though, is a photo dump for podcast listeners.
My last podcast episode was back in early October, so I’m playing a lot of catch-up to fill in the listeners on what I’ve been up to. I’m working on getting into a new rhythm, and even shifting to a bimonthly recording schedule. Similarly, I want to add a few more blog entries in between episodes as I share about my experiences along this journey.
I’ve been particularly encouraged by sharing some of my challenges since folks have shared that I’ve inspired them to keep progressing on their own paths. After all, why else would we all be here at this time and in this place, if not to help one another? Here goes…

No photos to share here, but in the episode I talked about how I had a six-plus week gap between workouts, but now I’m back to the “grind” and participating in OrangeTheory Fitness’s Transformation Challenge!
And tomorrow night my beloved Buckeyes (the Ohio State University football team) will play the Notre Dame Fighting Irish in the College Football Playoff National Championship Game. #GoBucks
