While knitting a variety of projects, it can be easy to lose sight of the progress I’m making. Spreadsheets are helpful to track progress on large projects that take multiple months to complete, but it can still feel discouraging if I can’t tell how much effort I’ve put in over time.
Mark-It-Monday is a nice weekly check to document that progress over time. I do my best to take the pictures in the morning before I start knitting, and I have a number of progress keepers that make it easy to see where I was a week earlier.
This past week I made good progress on the USA afghan as well as the Desert Vista Dyeworks sock club pair for the month.

I also finished a lace shawl, though I haven’t photographed it yet. Once I finished the shawl, I cast on another sock so I could have a plain stockinette option for movie knitting.

This last sock features three yarns from Leading Men Fiber Arts in a sock set assembled by YouTube personality Knitty Natty.
It’s a holiday week, so I have a lot going on. I hope you have something to be thankful for! Here’s my biggest blessing:

Knit on.
